Take your time. But do not morn long, celebrate the life that was lived. Not the loss of it. But the memories that will live on. Anubis looks like an adorable companion. My heart is with Laura. I wish her the best.
I am sorry for the loss being suffered. Anything we can do to help make it better?

Dobers are wonderful, aren’t they? I have a friend who always keeps two; when they lose one (in the last couple decades, two to age and one to accident) they get a replacement; the current pair are both rescues. So perhaps, in the Dober hangout on the other side of the Rainbow Bridge, Anubis will be frolicing with Indy and Kosh and Valiant (and innerable others) awaiting the day of reunion….may that day be long in coming!

Lost my dog, lost my job, got car problems. I should probably lock my boyfriend up before some woman steals him and i become a full blown walking country song.
