'm attaching a PDF file of the Benton property, as best as I can determine.

From The Case of the Missing Message I gathered these facts:

1) The alley Jimmy uses runs behind the Benton property.
2) The rear end of the garage is on the alley.
3) The secret entrance is on the north side of the garage.
4) Thick lilac bushes line the north side of the garage (in a later story the bushes surround three sides).
5) Brains' bedroom is at the rear of the Benton house.
6) From his window he can look across the garden at the garage.
7) From the rear of the Benton house, he can see the front of his garage.
8) From the rear of the Benton house, he can see the side of the garage that is covered by lilac bushes (in MM this can only be the north side where the secret entrance is located).
9) In MM, Brains and Jimmy slip out of bushes that line the rear of Benton house and run across yard to the front of garage.
10) They sneak along the front of the garage to the corner where the bushes are so thick.
11) They turn the corner and move along the north wall.
12) They work their way almost to the secret entrance (along the north wall).

From The Case of the Counterfeit Coin I gathered these facts:

13) The garage is back of the house.
14) The Benton house is visible from the north side of the garage.
15) The driveway runs past the house to the street.
16) The windows of the Benton living room are visible from the street (in another story, the Brains' parents' bedroom windows are visible from garage, indicating their bedroom is also at rear of house).

The descriptions of the Benton property pretty well forced me to lay out the yard, house and garage in this way. I made two drawings, minor variations. Let me know if you can come up with anything else.
